is_cartesian_toggle(self)

Method in response to ligand toggle. Updates model system's is_cartesian attribute

prot_toggle(self)

This is the function in response to the protein toggle. This function will update model system's`is_cartesian' attribute and recolor the protein in the workspace to show which sidechain will be flexible.

initialize(self)

Resets/initializes the panel. This panel is affected by the model system type and by the condition whether an existing zmatrix file will be used for the protein or not.
