Class for iterating over chains in a Structure.

Return number of chains in the structure

__getitem__(self, name)
Return chain object for chain <name>

__delitem__(self, name)
Delete the chain <name> from the Structure.

__iter__(self)
Iterate through all chains in the structure.

Method Details

Delete the chain <name> from the Structure. Note that this immediately updates the Structure and therefore renumbers the atoms.
