Class JobRunner

Known Subclasses:

This class provides an abstract interface for running a number of DockingSubjob's. Concrete implementations are JobDJRunner and JobarrayRunner.

JobRunner instances should be provided with a callback function which takes a DockingSubjob object as an argument. This function will be called whenever a subjob is done.
