Parameters:

maestro (schrodinger.maestro.maestro) - maestro provides structure and selected atom index
warning (function) - prints warning message
smart_edit (schrodinger.ui.qt.swidgets.SMARTSEdit) - setText() sets the name of the smart pattern in GUI
